Design phase -
looked at the current processes used and
how these can be changed to use;
–
proximity detecting devices,
–
an attendance system,
•
contains a class list (basic student details + card identifiers),
•
the attendance-taking section need to record the actual attendance
by identifying the student, retrieve their details and attach a timestamp
to the data, and finally
–
feedback in the form of a dashboard (visual view) component
•
interpret the attendance data,
•
provide a list of all the student numbers (as presented in the class list)
and the attendance associated with that student
