need to be in place irrespective of the nature of the curriculum

Facilitated or burdened by the effectiveness of curriculum content and
structure for the student body

In our context, particular significance of ‘concurrent’ student support

a critical complement to, but not a substitute for, appropriate content or
effective structural design

very limited capacity in itself to deal with deep inequalities in preparedness
